In Jamdih village of Kamadara block, Somra munda and his family of 7 is living without a roof from several months. He works in the fields as a daily wage labourer and earns a mere income of 120 INR to support his wife and 5 kids. He barely manages to buy rice and feed his family. He receives no help from the government even though he falls under the BPL(below poverty line) category because of mistakes in the BPL survey that was conducted in the area. He has approached various authorities including the village head who have put him down citing the absence of a BPL card. CC Shanti Kumar Baraik has made this video to highlight Somra's case and help him receive the entitled benefits.
