Padmalochan a resident of Sundergarh, Odisha has been working as a nightwatchman for 3 years. Till date he hasn't been paid a single Rupee for his salary. Struggling to keep the stove in his house burning, he turned to Community Correspondent Purnachandra Nayak for help. The video has resulted in Padmalochan being paid his arrears.
