A father lost three children to sickness which could have been easily treated by a doctor. But with no medical facilities or doctors around for 25 km around Koskapur village, in Araria, Bihar, Dhana Rishi the father was helpless. The ‘roads’ leading to the nearest hospital are also not helpful....
